There is a reason why Cabernet Sauvignon is considered the king of grapes. Beautiful, complex wines are created from high-quality, small grapes on Mischa estate. Intense expression of fruit flavours continues to be the goal for all our wines on the estate and this Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of what can be done with good grapes.

Pair with Smoked brisket with earthy sides (mushroom, beetroot).
Enjoyable to drink now, with the potential to develop further over the next 5–12 years under proper cellaring.
