Playful and extremely well balanced. This is a cultivar I am always nervous to try because if you get it wrong it’s awful. This one isn’t! I paired it with pesto pasta and it was delicious, but I am sure it will do well with spicy dishes and white meat too. Definitely on my shopping list.
