An elegant, beautifully poised Syrah with alluring aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, lavender and cracked black pepper, layered with subtle fynbos and savoury spice. The palate is fresh, supple and medium-bodied, combining vibrant dark fruit with gentle spice and fine-grained tannins. Refined rather than heavy, it carries a lovely freshness through to a smooth, savoury and lingering finish.
Serve at 15-17 Deg.
Pair with chargrilled pork ribs, mushroom risotto or slow-braised beef.
