This big Cabernet is best enjoyed on cold evenings in front of the fireplace or served with dishes such as beef korma, spiced ostrich steak or oxtail casserole.
Enjoy from 2027 onwards and cellar for approximately 8–12 years, provided it is stored in ideal conditions.
