Aromas of white pepper and violets lead to a palate of raspberry, biltong and subtle dark undertones, framed by ripe tannins, peppery spice, and fresh acidity.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
A great accompaniment to triple baked goat’s cheese souffle or coconut chicken madras and grilled vegetable salad.
