Blend: 90 % Viognier 10 % Roussanne
A medium bodied Rhone-style white blend with complex flavours of flowers, peach, apricot and spices. The integration of oak and fruit ads depth with a long, smooth finish on the palate.
Serve at 10-12 Deg.
Pair with butternut and sage ravioli, duck spring rolls with Hoisin dip or a seafood risotto.

A delicious full flavoured mouthful. This is a “big” blend with the Viognier and Roussanne blend proving a melange of peach, pears and apricot flavours. It has a big follow through. A top white blend excellent with food and remarkably good value.
