Description
This is a sec or dry style sparkling wine. Salmon pink colour. The nose is tropical with hints of cut grass and cranberry. The wine is crisp on the entry but rounded in the mid palate with an explosion of red berry flavours on the finish. This delightful bubbly has a fresh acid that perfectly balance out the natural sweetness.
This is a blended rose made from Sauvignon blanc, Semillon and Cabernet Franc. This wine was bottled using the carbonation method.
Enjoy with seafood in light creamy sauces and lightly dressed salads. Also great with Chinese and Thai dishes, and with Japanese sushi and raw-fish dishes.
