Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 35% and Cabernet Franc 15%
Crafted in honour of the most vital element in winemaking time – this blend focuses on depth, balance and longevity. Careful extraction and varied fermentation temperatures build layered complexity. The wine shows a fresh menthol nose, with a palate of dark berries, cassis and hints of mint chocolate, finishing long and poised with well-balanced tannins focused through the mid-palate.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Can’t compliment anything better than a fillet of beef or rack of lamb – this is a wine not for the faint hearted and not for faint food.
Enjoy now and will cellar well for 7–12 years for optimal development and complexity.
