Layered and spice-driven. Dark berry, dried herbs, cracked black pepper and a note of forest floor from the whole-bunch component. Medium to full – bodied with fine-grained tannin and a savoury finish that carries.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Best match to herb-crusted lamb chops or a smoky South African braai.
Best enjoyed through 2026 to 2029.
