Description
A wine of commanding presence with an enticing core that hints at its elegant evolution ahead. True to the hallmark of Paarl and Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon, it reveals layered aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, violet, cedar, pine and cool slate.
With time in the glass, notes of freshly tilled soil and bay leaf emerge alongside a sweeter dark fruit core, beautifully balancing the wine’s refined herbaceous character. The palate is structured yet seamless, with integrated tannins, vibrant freshness and a subtle briny edge supporting its impressive ageing potential.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with Slow-braised lamb tacos or Beef brisket sliders with smoked cheddar.
A vintage that will comfortably age for around 4-7 years.
