A medium-bodied red blend displaying aromas of ripe plum and red berries, complemented by smoky, toasted spice notes. The palate is juicy and flavoursome, with hints of dark chocolate, cinnamon and supple tannins, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.
Serve at 14-16 Deg.
Enjoy with grilled meats, lamb chops, beef burgers, hearty stews, tomato-based pasta dishes or a traditional South African braai.
Best enjoyed while young and fruit-forward, ideally within 2-3 years of the vintage.
