This wine shows complex and enticing aromas of white peach, apple, pear and lime with layers of almond brittle, orange zest and brioche. The palate is broad and textured but boasts a fresh, mouth-watering acidity and a crisp, dry finish.
Serve at 11-13 Deg.
Pair with mussels in white wine and garlic broth, grilled yellowtail with olive oil and herbs.
This is a structured, premium white blend with excellent ageing potential of around 7–10 years.
