Description

Mulberries, black forest cake and liquorice lead the way before fresh fennel and light baking spices on the nose. The palate is coiled and tense with a Bordeaux-like wet gravel stoniness alongside dense and decadent flavours of crushed blueberry, dark chocolate and spices. The tannins are characterised by a lively, pine waxiness, while the signature freshness and acidity is there to complement the fruit density for a balanced, generous expression of cool-climate Cabernet.
