A well balanced medium bodied wine. The palate opens up initially with beautiful flavours of cherries and blackberry. The well rounded and fruity tannin structure opens up the mid palate in an explosion of wild berry, blueberry and slight liquorice spice. The fresh acidity and balanced tannins guides the expression of this wine into a long and satisfying finish.
This wine stands out on its own and is an excellent companion to roast lamb, T-Bone steak, and mixed vegetables.
