Expect notes of blackcurrant, ripe plum and red berry fruit, layered with hints of cinnamon spice, clove and a subtle savoury edge. The palate is smooth and complex, with fine tannins, good fruit concentration and a polished finish.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
A great match for roast lamb, veal, mushroom risotto or slow-cooked beef dishes.
Drinking well now, but will reward 4-6 years of cellaring.
