A beautifully balanced Cape Blend where Pinotage provides structure and vibrant fruit, while Pinot Noir and Cinsaut add elegance and finesse. Aromas of ripe plum, black cherry and subtle toasted oak are complemented by hints of spice, floral notes, pepper and liquorice. The silky palate reveals layers of juicy cherry, earthy porcini, leather and sandalwood, finishing with velvety tannins and well-integrated oak.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Best enjoyed with beef carpaccio with Parmesan and capers or a wood-fired mushroom pizza.
