Description
Nuiba Wines is the passion project of winemaker Suzanne Coetzee, inspired by the unique terroir of Piekenierskloof and the Namibian farm, Nuiba, where she grew up.
Second Post Shiraz has upfront and ripe fruit on the nose, with a gentle oak giving elegance and complexity. The palate is smooth and medium to full-bodied with soft tannins and a lingering savoury finish. Elegant rather than overly heavy, making it very versatile at the table.
Serve at 14-16 Deg.
Pair with pepper-crust fillet or a charcutier platter with cured meats.
