Description
Deep ruby with purple edges, showing good clarity and concentration. Expressive aromas of blackberry, black plum and cassis from the Tannat, lifted by red cherry, raspberry, and subtle floral notes from the Cinsault. Hints of spice, dark chocolate. Juicy red berry flavours lead the palate, followed by a firm grip of dark berry flavours. Finished by lingering dark fruit, spice and well-integrated tannins.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
Enjoy within 2 to 3 years after vintage and can improve through another 5-7 years.
Pair with grilled red meat, peppery dishes, roast vegetable and strong cheese.
