This limited-edition wine showcases the elegance of carefully nurtured bush vines. Medium-bodied and light straw in colour, it offers a fresh yet refined expression. Zesty Chenin Blanc brings vibrant acidity and stone-fruit lift, while Grenache Blanc adds texture and subtle spice. Aromas of white peach, green apple and citrus blossom are complemented by gentle vanilla from time in French oak, leading to a layered, creamy palate and a long, balanced finish.
Serve at 10-12 Deg.
This wine has excellent structure and oak integration — enjoy now or cellar for 2–5 years to allow further complexity to develop.
Pair with Thai green curry with prawns or spicy jerk chicken with mango salsa.
