Description
Eikenmaat is a rich blend of Semillon and Chardonnay with layers of apricot, mango, crushed apple and stone fruit. The usage of Swabian oak adds cedar, toast and sweet spice.
Serve at 8-10 Deg.
Pair with Kimchi pancakes with light soy dipping sauce or Moroccanstyle chicken tajine.
Enjoy now and will develop well over the next 3–7 years with richer texture and secondary notes.
