The wine displays a stunning deep cherry red colour with a ruby red rim. Beautiful red and black berry notes of raspberry and cassis aromas emanate from the glass with hints of dried Italian herbs. The palate entry is vibrant with stunning juicy berry fruit flavours leading to a textured mid-palate and dry lingering tannins.

Pairs especially well with herb crusted rack of Lamb.

This wine will drink at its best between 3 and 6 years from harvest.

Serve at 12-15 Deg.
