This blend is of good quality, uncomplicated and with an abundance of fruit flavours. Merlot adds soft fruit flavours to the wine. While the Cabernet Sauvignon adds tannins and body to the pallet and makes this an outstanding blend. It is a medium bodied wine and is excellent with lightly grilled meat, pastas which are not too creamy and grilled lamb. It is made for early enjoyment and suitable for all occasions.
