Elegant rather than overpowering, this is a Merlot with both charm and quiet sophistication.

Drinking beautifully now, but will continue to evolve gracefully over the next 6-9 years.
Pair with venison bobotie or a wood-fired aubergine dish with tahini and pomegranate.
