Description
Bright ruby with a playful, fruit-forward profile. The nose bursts with ripe strawberries, red cherries and a hint of raspberry coulis, underpinned by subtle floral notes. The palate is soft and approachable, with juicy red berry flavours, a touch of sweetness, and gentle, rounded tannins. Light-bodied and easy-drinking, it finishes fresh and smooth.
Serve at 12-14 Deg.
Pair with a charcuterie board with cured meats and mild cheeses or grilled chicken salad with strawberries and balsamic glaze.
Best enjoyed young while its vibrant fruit is at its peak. Drink within 1-2 years of vintage.
