The full-fruited flavour, subtle tannins and the hint of coffee in Barista Pinotage make it very adaptable and such fun to experiment with. Try with crispy pork belly, beetroot relish and young vegetables or with brandy-snap baskets filled with gorgonzola and maraschino cherry ice-cream.
