Description
Typically a Cape Blend made with Pinotage as the dominant variety, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
Expect aromas and flavours of ripe blackberries, plums, black cherries, subtle spice, cedar and a hint of mocha, supported by fine tannins and a well-balanced finish.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with meat and Italian style dishes.
Enjoyable upon release, but will generally age well for another 5 years.
